The documents required to switch Professional Civil Liability insurance

To switch your legal protection insurance, you will need to provide a cancellation letter sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to your current insurer, in accordance with the deadlines specified in your insurance contract or in the general terms and conditions. You will also need to attach a copy of your current contract to inform your new provider of the terms of your previous cover. Proof of identity (ID card or passport), recent proof of address, as well as a bank details document (RIB) will be required for authentication and setting up direct debits. If necessary, a statement of information about your previous disputes may also be requested.
